Sensing Service Management
Your network can now sense drones, falls and crowds. Now sell it.
DemandFlow® Sense gives operators a priced sensing catalogue, zones checked against the real network, consent approved before go-live and SLAs measured every 15 minutes. Start on the Wi-Fi and 5G-Advanced sources you have, and carry the same service into 6G.

The Challenge
Operators are gaining the ability to sense. Few can sell it.
A detection is not a product. An enterprise customer buys an area covered to an agreed standard, at an agreed price, with evidence that the standard was met and that personal data was handled lawfully.
Every deal is a custom project
Without products, tiers and prices, enterprise sales has nothing to quote from, and every sensing opportunity becomes a bespoke engagement that takes months to close.
Sales commits what the network cannot deliver
A zone can be sold over sites, antennas or backhaul that cannot serve it, and operations finds out when the customer does.
The SLA is a promise, not a record
Without measurement against the tier the customer bought, there is nothing to show when a customer disputes an invoice or claims a credit.
Sensing people is a data protection event
Every human-sensing zone needs a purpose, a lawful basis, retention and a DPIA on record before it starts. Done by hand, the paperwork lags the service and the DPO carries the risk.
What You Get
Everything between a detection and an invoice.
Each of these is running in the product today, and we will show every one of them live in your demo. One thing it does not do: DemandFlow does not perform the sensing. Your radios and gateways detect; DemandFlow sells, delivers, proves and governs the service built on those detections.
A sellable sensing catalogue
Six product families, each with priced KPI tiers your sales team can quote from.
Zones drawn on the map
Every customer zone drawn over your real sites, with its client, product, tier, dates and price.
Feasibility before you quote
Each zone checked against the sites, antennas and backhaul in your inventory.
Consent and governance built in
Purpose, lawful basis, retention and DPIA status recorded before a human-sensing zone can be ordered.
Live delivery from your sources
Adapters for Wi-Fi gateway clouds and 5G-Advanced sensing functions, with live results per zone.
Provable SLAs
Every zone measured against its tier every 15 minutes, with breaches opened as incidents.
Revenue without spreadsheets
Monthly charges per zone, service credits from time in breach and revenue by product family.
A service your customer can see
A customer portal with zones, KPI history and a monthly service report, plus a REST API and signed webhooks.
How It Works
Sell, deliver, prove, govern.
1. Sell
Build the catalogue, draw the zone on the map, check feasibility and quote a priced tier.
2. Deliver
Switch the zone on. DemandFlow tells your sensing sources what to watch, and results come back zone by zone onto the map.
3. Prove
Every zone is measured against its tier. Breaches open incidents, credits follow, and the customer sees the report.
4. Govern
Consent, retention, reviews and the evidence bundle are kept for every zone that senses people.
The Road to 6G
The service you sell today is the one you will sell on 6G.
Integrated sensing and communication is one of the headline capabilities planned for 6G, and 5G-Advanced is its first step. The radios will change. The business should not have to. DemandFlow Sense keeps the catalogue, the customer zones, the consent records, the SLA history and the charges separate from the sensing source beneath them, so what you build and sell on Wi-Fi and 5G-Advanced now becomes the 6G service later, with the customers and evidence already in place.
Start on what you have
Wi-Fi gateway sensing and 5G-Advanced sensing functions connect today. A simulator uses the same interface, so you can build the catalogue and demonstrate before any radio is live.
One interface for the next source
Every sensing source connects through one common interface, designed to take 6G sensing functions when they arrive. A new source is an adapter, not a new product.
Nothing to migrate
Customers, zones, tiers, consent records and SLA history belong to the service, not to the radio. Change the source and they stay exactly where they are.
Sell
Quote sensing from a price list, not a project plan.
Sensing is sold as products, not projects. Each product belongs to one of six families and carries tiers that state exactly what the customer is buying and what it costs per zone per month. Then draw exactly what the customer is buying: a car park, a perimeter fence, a runway approach with a height band, or one floor of a hospital. The zone sits on the same map as your sites, with its customer, product, tier, dates and price attached from the start.
Six product families
Drone detection, perimeter intrusion, traffic and crowd flow, industrial asset and safety zone, indoor presence and fall, and emergency and rescue.
Tiers defined by KPIs
Detection probability, false alarm rate, position accuracy, alert latency, update interval and availability, each with the threshold the tier commits to.
Ordered through approval
A zone moves from draft to submitted to active through the approval steps you already use.

Sell
Never quote a zone the network cannot deliver.
Feasibility checks each zone against the real sites, antennas and backhaul in your inventory. It names the sources that can serve the zone, predicts each KPI against the tier and says how confident it is, so sales never commit to a zone the network cannot deliver.
Sources chosen from your inventory
See which sites will serve the zone, which were ruled out and why, before anyone promises the customer anything.
Change-aware
A planned change to a source site shows which sensing zones and customers it affects, with feasibility today and without the change.

Deliver
Live results from your sources, zone by zone.
Whatever is doing the sensing, Wi-Fi gateways or 5G-Advanced radios, plugs into DemandFlow through one common interface. Change vendor or add a second and the service you sell does not change. Simulators use the same interface, so you can build the catalogue, sell and demonstrate before the radios are live.
Live results per zone
Results arrive per zone and appear on the map as they come in.
One view of sensing health
Zone health, zones in breach, adapters and sources on one operations screen, with time to alert and time to detect.

Prove
Prove you delivered what you sold, every 15 minutes.
Every 15 minutes, each zone is checked against the tier the customer paid for. Every miss is on the record, so the SLA is evidence rather than a promise. Each month, every active zone is charged at its tier price and any time in breach is turned into a service credit automatically.
Breaches become incidents
A sustained breach opens an incident on the SLA clock automatically, as an incident your operations team works like any other.
Give your customer the proof before they ask
Each customer signs in to a portal to see only their own zones, their KPI history against the tier and any open incidents, with a monthly service report per zone. Alerts reach their systems as signed webhooks, and zones and KPIs are available through the API.
From zone to invoice, credits already applied
Finance gets a charge it can trace to a customer, a zone and a tier, with nothing recalculated by hand, and revenue by product family with the contracted forecast ahead.

Govern
Lawful before it goes live. Provable after.
A zone that senses people cannot be ordered until its consent record is approved. Purpose, lawful basis, data subjects, retention period and data protection impact assessment (DPIA) status are approved before the zone can be ordered, and every zone comes back for review on a date you set. The DPO signs once, up front, instead of chasing paperwork after the service is live.
Retention enforced
Sensing data is deleted when its retention period ends, and every deletion run is logged.
One governance register
Every zone’s purpose, lawful basis, retention and DPIA status in one place, with reviews coming due.
Evidence for a regulator
One bundle per zone with its consent record, approvals, KPI history, incidents and deletion log, signed so its contents can be verified.

Why DemandFlow Sense
Why it has to live in the system that knows your network.
Sold against the real network
Zones are checked against your real sites, antennas and backhaul, because DemandFlow already holds them.
Change-aware
A planned change to a source site warns which sensing customers it will affect before the work starts.
Vendor-neutral, built for the next generation
One common interface across Wi-Fi gateway sensing and 5G-Advanced today, designed to take 6G sensing functions when they arrive.
Ready before the radios are
Simulators let you build the catalogue, sell and demonstrate now.
Benefits by Role
Something for every signature on the deal.
Built for UK and EU mobile and converged operators, for neutral hosts and private network operators at airports, ports, rail and energy sites, and for the systems integrators who serve them.
Head of enterprise products
Sell sensing the day the capability exists in the network, from a catalogue with prices rather than a bespoke bid.
Enterprise sales and pre-sales
Never sell a zone the network cannot deliver. Feasibility runs before the quote, against the real inventory.
Network operations
One view of sensing health, with breaches opening incidents in the flow you already run.
Data protection and legal
No human-sensing zone goes live without approved purpose, lawful basis, retention and DPIA, and one signed bundle per zone answers a regulator.
Enterprise customer
A portal, fast alerts and a monthly report that proves the service was delivered.
Finance
Monthly charges and service credits calculated from the service record, not a spreadsheet.
Works With Your Vendors
Your network does the sensing. DemandFlow makes it a business.
DemandFlow does not perform the sensing. Keep the radios, gateways and sensing vendors you have chosen, or change them. DemandFlow sits above them and turns their detections into something you can sell: a catalogue with a price, a zone with a customer, a service with proof and an invoice at the end of the month. Add a second vendor, replace one, or move from 5G-Advanced to 6G, and the service your customers bought does not change.
FAQ
Before you book a demo.
Which sensing sources does it work with?
Wi-Fi gateway sensing clouds and 5G-Advanced sensing functions, through adapters that share one common interface, designed to take 6G sensing functions as they arrive. A simulator uses the same interface, so zones can be sold and demonstrated before live sources are connected.
Is this a 6G product?
It is a sensing service management product, and it works on the sensing your network can do now. Integrated sensing and communication is a headline capability planned for 6G, and 5G-Advanced sensing is its first step. DemandFlow Sense connects to Wi-Fi gateway sensing and 5G-Advanced sensing functions today through one common interface that was designed to take 6G sensing functions when they arrive. The catalogue, customers, zones, consent records and SLA history you build now carry straight into 6G. We do not claim 6G is available; we make sure your sensing business is ready when it is.
How does it handle privacy and UK GDPR?
A zone that senses people cannot be ordered until its consent record, with purpose, lawful basis, data subjects, retention and DPIA status, is approved. Retention is enforced with a deletion log, every zone has a review date, and a per-zone evidence bundle answers a regulator. Data is held in your chosen region.
How are SLAs measured?
Every 15 minutes each active zone is measured against the thresholds of the tier it was sold at: detection probability, false alarms, position accuracy, alert latency, update interval and availability. Failed intervals are recorded, a sustained breach opens an incident on the SLA clock, and time in breach drives service credits.
How is DemandFlow Sense priced?
We agree pricing with each operator and will set it out in your first conversation with us. Within the product, you set the price of every tier in your own catalogue and DemandFlow charges each zone monthly at that price.
How fast can we start?
Before your radios can sense. The simulator uses the same interface as the live adapters, so you can build your catalogue, draw zones and demonstrate the service to prospects now, then connect live sources when they arrive. Sense is running in the product today; book a demo or talk to us about early access.
DemandFlow Sense
